Dynamic Shared Ownership, Digital Marketing, Fast Feedback Loops and Driving Value
Four speakers, twenty minutes, one main-stage slot: how Bayer’s dynamic shared ownership model enables small teams, and why teams need evidence that speaks to the late majority.
What were the key learnings?
I opened on busting bureaucracy. Command-and-control hierarchies can lose information in both directions; dynamic shared ownership replaces them with small teams built around the customer. The session itself was built by one, bringing Bayer colleagues together with two external partners.
The discussion then turned to bridging the gap from early adopters to the late majority. Clicks and impressions may persuade innovators; later adopters want evidence of patient, HCP and business impact. We discussed how accessible marketing-mix modelling can help teams move that conversation beyond proxy metrics.
